Split Sights
Ideas for Split sights seeing on your Croatia Vacation
Split is Croatia’s second largest city, and is located on a peninsula on the eastern shore
of the Adriatic Sea. This is a very old city, and was originally founded as a Greek
colony. Like many places in Croatia, Split is packed with history, and this is a huge draw for many vacationers –
it doesn’t hurt that the city is beautiful and located near the sea as well.
